
Winston Damarillo
Chief Executive Officer
Winston Damarillo is the chairman of the board of directors of G2iX, the innovation platform that enables rapid development of IT startups. A proven serial entrepreneur with a track record of building successful technology start-ups, Winston founded multiple disruptive companies including Exist, the award-winning leader in software development for the enterprise, Morphlabs, a comprehensive cloud computing platform enabler for enterprise and service providers and MaestroDev, a collaborative software development automation company.
His past entrepreneurial endeavors include several companies which Winston grew to profitability and subsequently sold to major IT players: Gluecode Software, an open source application infrastructure company which was acquired by IBM in 2005, Logicblaze, acquired by Iona Technologies in 2007, and most recently, Webtide, acquired by Intalio in 2009.
Prior to his entrepreneurial endeavors, Winston was among the highest performing venture capital professionals at Intel, having led the majority of his investments to either a successful IPO or a profitable corporate acquisition.
Winston is one of the prestigious Young Global Leader (YGL) honorees for 2010 and an active participant of the World Economic Forum, a place where young leaders envision and create a brighter future. He is a key driver in the development of the Philippine IT industry as a board member and international marketing director for the Philippine Software Industry Association, a non-profit organization that aims to promote the growth and global competitiveness of the Philippine software industry. Winston is also a trustee of the Ayala Foundation USA, an organization committed to social development initiatives for Filipinos in the Philippines and around the world.
Winston holds a B.S. in Industrial and Mechanical Engineering from the De La Salle University.
Guy Naor
CTO, Morphlabs
Guy Naor serves as Chief Technology Officer of G2iX’s Cloud Computing business after founding Morphlabs in 2007. Guy is a veteran of the computing and technology world since 1981. Guy’s technology experience spans evolution and revolution eras, where he was involved with multiple companies and projects, working in a wide variety of computing platforms from mainframes to hand held devices as well as dozens of languages and operating systems. In his most recent role prior to Morph Labs, Guy served as CTO of Famundo, a Web 2.0 start-up.
Prior to that, he worked with Exist, another G2iX company, as a consultant; led the development of GoldMine at FrontRange Solutions and had served as an advisor and a consulting architect on a variety of Web 2.0 products. Guy has unparalleled experience in Ruby on Rails (Web 2.0 technology) and is an active member of the open source community, where his libraries and education materials are used worldwide.
Satoshi Konno
Corporate Vice President, Morphlabs, Inc. (U.S.) | President, Morphlabs K. K. (Japan)
After graduating from Yokohama National University in Japan, Mr. Konno worked as a systems engineer to plan and develop growing IT infrastructure including large scale networks and databases.
Completing his MBA at University of Texas at Austin, he changed his playing field to financial domain and worked as a venture capitalist.
He has been involved in Cloud related investments since the dawn of Cloud era in 2006 and found the promising future in the domain. He has joined Morphlabs Inc. and started its Japanese operations in 2010.
Aimon Bustardo
Director, Technology Operations
Aimon Bustardo, as director for tech operations for G2iX, oversees the systems and support administration of various G2iX offices distributed in the US and Asia Pacific. He is managing the team of global systems administration engineers as well as support engineers.
Prior to G2iX, Aimon was senior information architect for Morphlabs and senior systems engineer for Simula Labs, DevZuz and LogicBlaze. His three-year experience with G2iX has led to reduction on IT operating costs to less than half, achieved through eliminating outsourced infrastructure solutions, increasing stability, implementing HA/LB (High Availability and Load Balancing) and automating many previously manual tasks. He has also donated parts of an enterprise level application to the open source community while creating a custom internet portal to allow remote access of company resources.
Aimon graduated from Pierce College and Santa Monica College.
